I'm looking at purchasing a new home. I'm talking to several loan officers as I look into obtaining a fixed rate mortgage. I'm getting mixed information on the current interest rates. Can anyone clarify what interest rate I should expect? Thank you!

What are the current rates, and with the fed cutting rates, what are the chances the student loan rates will decrease as well? And if so, when?
